If you have an issue related to pool operations or staffing, email the city at  ParksCustomerService@AtlantaGa.Gov

Email messages sent to this address are the city's preferred way to hear comments, questions, and maintenance requests from the community.

The city continues to also use the free “HAPPiFEET-Atlanta Parks” app which you can use to share your feedback directly with Atlanta Parks and Recreation. The app will be phased out over time.
